Skilldata platform

What is it?

The Skilldata platform is a tool allowing users to create customised skill frameworks. These frameworks can be used in HR to track employees’ skills and decide whether they’re equipped to perform a certain job.

We are actively building additional features such as qualifications, job profiles and an ability for users to evaluate their proficiency in individual skills using automated questionnaires, which are then linked to appropriate qualification and job profiles.

My role

I created the entire design myself, with the only design limitations being the color scheme and the Flowbite Figma component library. After the design was done, I transformed it into a clickable prototype, which later went into production.
